Beautiful hotel, attention to details by staff. Dyson hair dryer, were the icing on the cake.

Ashraf the front desk agent saved the day! Our original room had a few issues and he empathized kindly and even had assisted us to a different room which was much better. He is a gem and has excellent customer service! He saved our Oktoberfest visit and should be a manager with how well he handled the situation. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me because of him. :)

The Platzl Hotel location was great. The hotel’s check-in service and staff were excellent. This hotel was our splurge during Octoberfest. The breakfast was wonderful with omelet and waffle stations, fruit, pastries, salmon, cheeses, meats, fresh squeezed orange juice, and champagne or beer if you wanted.

Very clean, which was most important. Great Oktoberfest location. Otherwise, pretty gritty location. Zero amenities.
