We have stayed at the Rib Mountain Inn for many years. The rooms are great, with a full kitchen and fireplace. The location next to Granite Peak ski makes it a short walk to the slopes. With the new reservation format, there is no service, we requested more towels and papertowels and never got a response. The sauna and outdoor hot tub are out of service(skiers like hot tubs). We did not see any location staff while we were at the inn.

The prooerty is in a quiet reridencial area. Next to a golf course and Grante peck ski hill. Minutes to everything. Outstanding staff. I would highly recomend this property.

Best place it stay is skiing at Granite Peak Ski

I have been staying at the Rib Mountain Inn for over 4 years now when I go skiing during the winter. The staff is always terrific and the lobby and rooms are always fresh and clean.

Great place to stay near Rib Mountain in Wausau

Spacious, immaculately clean, quiet hotel room in a great location for exploring Wausau and Rib Mountain in particular. Only drawback was very weak and slow WiFi signal that was only available off and on. Overall, I would stay here again.
