“Guestbook is helpful. It took a little extra time to get the TV's up and running. Think they needed a reboot.”

“A really magnificent departure from the mid-range, vanilla hotels that we business travelers frequent. You'll experience coolness overload when you stay here. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the communal areas are stunning in a way that fans of Gustav Stickley, Teco, Weller, etc won't easily forget. The breakfast was superb too. The only drawback-It was really hot, and the A/C in this old girl couldn't keep up. Luckily there was a large fan in the room. Walking...

“Me gusto la piscina y area de entretenimiento para niños. No me gusto q habian personas tarde en la noche haciendo mucho ruido.”

“Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. “Very clean”

Proximate to Rib Mountain park for hiking, or two renowned art museums, including the Leigh Yawkey Woodson "Birds in art" museum, it makes...

“We stayed in room 237 which is directly across from the stairwell. Cold air gushed up the stairs and into our room. There was no good way to regulate the temperature. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had problems. However I will never stay in that room again.”

“Excelente hotel maravilla de servicios lo recomiendo mucho gente muy amable que sabe atender bien”

“Good”

“Me pareció una excelente experiencia.”

“It was nice to be on the 1st floor in one of your newer/updated rooms. The room was small but cozy, the bathroom was tiny but really a great use of space and nicely updated. The shower needs a good scrub to get rid of mildew. It was nice to have a breakfast but the only 2 hot items were cold, that was disappointing.”
