Absolutely disgusting place to stay. Room was dirty. Floors were filthy and had dirt everywhere. Bugs inside of the room. Shower looked like something out of a low budget horror film. The outside looked nice, but once you walked inside the room it was a completely different experience. Front desk wasn’t helpful and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for having an issue with the way my room looked. Plus they overbooked the hotel and the room I reserved months in advance wasn’t available. Plus save yourself the trouble and headaches and avoid this place. Luckily I got a room close by and was able to drive 10 minutes away for a better hotel. I got lucky and still had enough time to shower and relax before heading to a concert at Six Flags Darien Lake.

I’ve stayed with Niagara crossing before, and there have always been issues with building maintenance, but they did not affect my say. This time there was my rain storm, and rain came in the windows of our room. Upon inspection, the seals on our window, were cracked and broken, and it was obvious that rain had been coming in for quite some time. The room smelled musty and it goes without saying that the dripping woke me from sleep and kept me awake until the rain stopped. I let the front desk know about the leak in the morning, and I was not provided any kind of accommodations or even an apology. Very disappointing.

rude unhelpful stuff dusty room no hand soap🗿 breakfast is not included, we bought it and it was terrible(the food is terrible and the service was soo poor) i called stuff and asked if they could bring me 2 forks and they answered we have them downstairs, so i had to go and search for forks by myself wearing my pajamas the room is very small and we could find where to charge our phones because almost every charger was broken.

The hotel is aging and weathered. The rooms are in dark and dingy and in need of repair and renovation. The enamel in the sink and bathroom were cracked and peeling and there were "obvious", white stains on the boxspring of one of our beds. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning barely keeps the room at room temperature and is quite muggy, and we couldn't change the temperature lower as the thermostat was unresponsive. I will say the staff were friendly, the hot water in the sink and shower gets quite hot, and the breakfast is very good. However, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it is renovated completely.

Lovely hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Interior was gorgeous and rooms as well. Breakfast is made to order and very good
