The staff were very helpful and attentive. Easy stay for a family looking to visit the Harry Potter Studio. We were a family of 4. Had the Harris ‘suite’. Breakfast was abundant.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel with my daughter and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness ,the restaurant and politely and friendly staff .

A warm welcome and easy check-in. Comfortable twin room with everything you might need. The bar staff were equally friendly, and small plates we ordered for supper were as good as you would want.

Restaurant staff were surly at best. Hotel is very tired with old furniture which has grubbiness to the edges and on the door handles. Not a Hilton by modern standards. Stay at the Premier Inn which is far cleaner and better value. There wasn't even a coffee machine at breakfast. Only sachets of Nescafe available despite multiple repeated requests for filter coffee.

An ok stay. Just stayed one night. Reception at check in was very short & made to feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok and options for vegeterians, although isnwas very loud due to a group of people speaking very loudly. Given the cost, i would not be staying again.

3 Star hote but good location.

Does the job, but not sure how longer it should remain a Hilton brand. More of a 3 star hotel given its age and lack of investment in room decor and dated old bathrooms from the 70’s/80’s. Bathrooms always feel dirty given the old dirty grout and stains, along with the old bedroom furniture and stained carpets/walls. Now have the audacity to charge £10 nightly parking despite still advertising it as free on hotels.com as free for HHonours members

Comfortable stay for my son

Oposite Costco Watford, really nice hotel. I arrived late after having another hotel cancelled owing to flooding with my son. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, and generally clean albeit under the bed was a used tissue from a previous occupant. I liked the fact they use Crabtree and Evelyn products. The breakfast was ample and self-service. Nice hotel to stay and just off the M1 motorway.

We stayed one night, 2 adults, 2 children. Only three bath towels were provided and the kids shared a sofa bed. It was ok for one night, but any longer and I would expect separate beds for a 10 year old boy and 14 year old girl.
