“The only positive aspect of our stay was the activities included with the resort. Unfortunately, we were never informed about them in advance, so we had already planned our day and couldn’t really take advantage of them. Our room on the first floor was very outdated. The sink and vanity countertop still had hair from previous guests, the vanity mirror was covered with splashes, and the side of the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
