Don't judge this hotel by its exterior! It is absolutely beautiful inside. Staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Best free breakfast I've ever seen from a hotel. We had an issue with the initial room assigned, but the staff corrected immediately and assigned us a different room.

I had a great stay at the motel! It was clean and affordable, which was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option. While the staff did not bother us at all the lady responded almost immediately to each message and request.

Bed was super uncomfortable in the king suite. Stains on the couches.

was unable to stay at this hotel despite trying to resolve the problems with the property. The first room was excessively hot and the blackout shades were inadequate. I reported the issues and the hotel moved us to a second room. Unfortunately, once the air conditioning was running in the replacement room, there was a strong mold/mildew or water-damage odor. We gave the hotel an opportunity to correct the situation by changing rooms, but after experiencing serious problems with both rooms, we left that same evening and did not stay overnight. I have requested a full refund because the accommodations were not usable for us. I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved between Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown and Expedia. I’m sharing this so other travelers understand that we did not simply change our plans or fail to show up. We checked in, reported the problems, tried the replacement room, and ultimately had to leave.

Great experience at this hotel. We were happy to dine at the restaurant on site and the pool was clean and relaxing. Wouldn’t recommend the trolley to the stadium though, it would have been easier to walk to AT&T. Staff were wonderful and welcoming.
