Lodging was ok, nothing fancy. An older building. Clean enough, but the carpet was sticky, air conditioner didn't work, so the room was a bit stuffy. On the other side, the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good. I liked that you could walk almost everywhere in the town.

Amazing and simple check in process, and love how separate the rooms are from one another, felt private for sure. Front staff was helpful and to the point which we love! Wish the pool is open (which decreased a star) and would love if they steam cleaned the rugs because although they were vacuumed, they felt like they needed a clean. We wear slippers though so no big deal. Solid 4 stars.

Easy to find, clean, didn’t really use any of the amenities. Waterton Lakes is great - beautiful with lots of scenic views and hiking. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the small window let in light all night long so didn’t sleep well; however, comfort is subjective.
