Good overall, just don't stay in 208, the lock with the key card doesn't work and you will be provided with the phob. No swimming pool or hot tub, but good restaurant and bar downstairs.

The staff at the front desk were amazing, particularly Tonya! Very cheery and helpful! The staff in the resteraunt as well as the pub were also very knowledgeable and all were very helpful and great servers. They all genuinely cared about us, where we came from and if we were having a good time in Waterton, and Kilmorey Lodge. Since this was our first visit to the park, we had lots of questions and Tonya at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of what there is to do in the area. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed in our room was a bit on the soft side for what we are used to, and beginning to show signs of being well loved (my side was a bit sunk in), but overall, it was comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and perhaps we will return again for another visit.
