Our room was so comfortable (121). The linens on the bed were luxurious and the fresh robes in the closet were lovely. We had a tray of tea waiting and a Keurig for coffee the next day. I appreciate extra towels in a hotel bathroom and there were plenty of we needed them.

Place is beautiful, having tea and biscuit in room was awesome. Loved everything but staff. Front desk was a bit snooty. Said room would be ready. When it wasn’t, we hung out in lobby waiting which seemed to offend them. We went to bar for a bite and no one came out to take our order until we finally went to front desk to ask. Hoping staff issues were just a one off as place is beautiful and very comfy bed.

Location of this lodge is great and it's well maintained but No microwave in rooms, no free breakfast option was included in stay. Strict check in policy. It took 30-45 mins for check in, all people were feeling frustrated. They did not returned the damage security that they charge during check in while other lodges they return you right away when you check out.

Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Beautiful views from the lakeview unit and the staff were very friendly. The property is for the most part clean and well maintained, however it was obvious no staff had checked out the balcony in a while. One of the balcony chairs was nearly falling apart and the balcony hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Otherwise, great stay.

well located great reception from clerk water is a nice touch in lobby hotel is quaint and well maintained breakfast was delicious but the waitress could have used some help. The entire staff in this hotel were wonderful except for the lady busing tables in the restaurant. She could be more helpful and actually wipe the tables too. This hotel is really great
