The staff were friendly and the location was great. The only problem is that you can hear your neighbours especially in the morning. You can hear their toilets flush, the shower go on and other noises….. the beds were comfy, bathroom was clean, I liked the shared deck on the 2nd floor.

Location is perfect, getting to stay right in Waterton made all our activities nice and easy. Other reviews did mention the heat, and that is true, the rooms definitely retain heat. But our room was clean, and spacious. We were happy with the choice.

Very nicely located and perfect for a night or two. The kitchenette was not as stocked as it could be but it was nice to have a good sized fridge. Nice linens and everything was clean. Mattresses were saggy and not very comfortable but we were pooped from hiking so it didn’t stop anyone from sleeping
