Vacations Close To Waterton Lakes National Park

Great place to stay clean and close to the attractions

All good

HOTEL WAS OKAY. FOUND THE THE STAFF AT FRONT DESK ONLY TO BE NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. I HAVE ALWAYS STAYED AT RIU IN OTHER COUNTRIES WHICH MADE ME WANT TO STAY AT RIU MIAMI IN THE USA(BIG DIFFRENCE. I WILL NEVER VISIT THE MIAMI RIU AGAIN.

Self check in kiosk was a total disaster. Terrible user interface and doesn't sync with Expedia.

The whole place was spotlessly clean. The bed was the biggest and most comfortable Ive ever slept in. Only a couple of gripes, we got married at the hotel and they gave no recognition. And we ask for a kettle or coffee machine and housekeeping were very rude and abrupt. Over all though a fantastic stay.

There was a clogged sink, and I never could get a hold of maintenance because their voicemail was full and they wouldn’t answer. Also, I was under the impression I was booking a deluxe suite along with another suite so that we would have a shared kitchen area. That was not the case. It was two smaller suites connected. Also there was a giant stain on the carpet, and part of the ceiling looked like it was falling down.
