“Staff was very friendly and helpful to me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nights are getting chilly and the heating system is working fine. Décor at the hotel is getting old. Flooring in the main entrance or I should say Lobby needs to be replaced.”

“First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t”
