The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They really went above and beyond in working with our group. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the room rate of $174. That's a bit much for the Waterloo area.

Our room was very pleasant, clean and odorless. The bed was extremely comfortable and a very quiet environment. The bathroom was very updated, and clean and well stocked.

Bathroom was dirty. However, I Mentioned it to host and she was very accommodating and put us in a new room. She was Very friendly and made us feel welcome. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was a little bland but otherwise served its purpose.

Ok stop in Waterloo

Nice and clean and comfortable. No cleaning on Sunday, breakfast was pretty boring, no creme cheese for bagels, one flavor of yogurt, cheerios and nuts were very sf take.
