The hotel buildings part of the former John Deere plant and retains some of that charm. It feels vast and open inside. The room was excellent. It was well designed, roomy and clean. There is a restaurant on site which was very good as well.

Outstanding place to stay. I booked a suite with 2 queen beds and 1 king. Checked in went to room and only 1 king in each bedroom. It worked but was not what I booked. The hotel was clean and had a fun environment. Would stay again.

The hotel is a terrific place to stay. Large rooms, quiet, clean with comfortable beds and seating. Makes for a quiet retreat. The many common areas are situated and furnished perfectly for socializing one on one or with groups. Wonderful in-house breakfast/lunch/dinner with great dining space options indoors and out. Has the feel of a grand hotel. Generous amounts of parking and grounds to walk around. A couple of minor details: It would be nice is for bed sheets to be crisper and a bit more attention to the shower floor where a periodic bleach spritz will help around the edges. Next remodel, I think the hotel would benefit from a warmer interior color scheme on hallway walls and carpeting and a bit more lighting. They grey/black scheme now feels dated and cold. The industrial qualities of the architecture would be enhanced by more pops of color here and there. Also, the window shades and blackout liners are great, in blocking light and sound, the metal cords not working on a couple of windows.

This is an amazing and unique property it is the old John Deere plant next door to the John Deere visitor center and with a great BBQ restaurant connected to the hotel. The rooms are huge and quiet and comofrtable. This is a don't miss property.

It's a really beautiful hotel with amazing in-room workspaces and has easy access to stroll downtown when you need to unwind after a day of meetings. All the amenities are there, from Starbucks to solid BBQ, a full bar, and sundries to take upstairs in your room. The hostess was also super helpful and professional.
