We stayed at several hotels/BnBs in the Waterford area. This was an excellent budget priced property, Hosts were helpful and polite, Breakfast was very good, Room was clean and updated recently. Excellent value!

Lovely B&B in quiet location. Room was a good size and clean. Easy parking. Pub across the road served good meals. Breakfast was plentiful.

The breakfast was excellent with second helpings on offer. The owner provided a free taxi service to and from a nearby restaurant. I would definitely recommend this b& b.

A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJā€™s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. Throw in the Holy Cross Pub & Restaurant across the street and you have an awesome venue to visit. Thank you for the grand Irish hospitality.

It was an old style B and B which I really wanted my family to experience. The beds squeezed, the internet didnā€™t work in my room, the bathroom toilet didnā€™t work properly. Loved the skeleton type key for the room.
