Weather was cool. so we turned off the A/C. Refrigerator was off when we arrived, and freezer compartment full of water, but we called Marina Bay and a man came and emptied the water. We turned the refrigerator thermostat back on. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for sightseeing in New London, Groton, and Mystic.

What a hidden gem ! The staff was personable and kind . The cottage was picturesque and the view was spectacular. Charming and peaceful all in a one . Would definitely recommend to anyone .

The Marina Beach Cottages are situated on a nice property in a small shore town. The cottages are shades of blue are simply GORGEOUS. Included with each cottage was use of Waterford Beach Park tag, an awesome amenity. Management was helpful and quick to assist.

Cleanliness, comfort, all you need is available. We rented cottage 5 and 6, 2 bedrooms. They have only one A/C in cottage 6. Fans for living and other bedroom, but during our stay we didn’t need more A/C. We enjoyed the clubhouse. Walked the boardwalk. Cottage 5 has A/c in living but we didn’t use it. We are family of 4 adults.

This was a perfect place to get away for the weekend. The beach pass to the beautiful Waterford Beach was the icing on the cake. The cottage was spotless and comfortable.

Beautiful cottage

This was our first time in Waterford CT and after searching for a place to stay, we found Marina Bay Cottages. When we entered our private cottage, we were so pleasantly surprised. Everything was so beautiful, modern, comfortable and a lot more spacious than we expected! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced nice place to stay in the area.

We loved our stay. We had a 2 bedroom cottage. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing. Cute decor and a good size for a family of 3. Kitchenette was really useful and parking right out front. We drove to the more popular tourist spots including the beach, aquarium and dinosaur place, but liked coming home to a quiet, relaxing spot to recharge. Highly recommend.

Check in was perfect-they simply left the cottage unlocked with a hand written note and the key inside. Cottage was so clean and decorated beautifully. The view from the screened porch made for an enjoyable morning. The modern game room added a lot of fun. Loved it better than a hotel room.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Felipe (general manager) was very accommodating. He was quick to respond and helped us out on installing the a/c units. The cottages were a quick ride to the beach and pretty much had quick access to everything (shops, restaurants, etc). We definitely plan on staying again. We even talked about making a yearly visit, as a new family tradition!

The property was immaculate, right down to the baseboards and corners. Everything I needed was available to me. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. Good-sized refrigerator, counter space and coffee, too! Pretty grounds and very quiet. I would definitely recommend!

Had a very lovely two bedroom cottage with an enclosed porch. Very happy with our stay. My husband and I said that we would definitely do a family vacation for a full week the next time we get a chance. It had everything we needed, close to many good restaurants, and 15 minutes from mystic seaport (which was the reason why we were here this time celebrating my daughter and nephews second birthday at the aquarium and Seaport ). My mother arrived ahead of time and had a few questions which were promptly answered by a lovely gentleman. I also had some questions about something coming up and was called back very promptly. I highly recommend staying here!
