We had a great 3 day stay at the property. Very ancient building (1350 !). Rooms were very authentic, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. Great view on the BodenSee. Breakfast buffet very nice. Restaurant has magnificent view on the lake. Would highly recommend for a romantic escape.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie hatten die Engelssuite mit direktem Seeblick gebucht. Direkten Seeblick hat man nur auf der Terrasse. Der Strand könnte etwas schöner gestaltet werden. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Personal war super! Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant eher mäßig! Die Mauer auf der Terrasse war sehr schmutzig, voll mit Spinnweben. Der Teppich nach oben wurde auch nicht täglich gereinigt. Es gab so einige Stellen die etwas unsauber waren. Das Frühstück war nie morgens pünktlich um 8:00 Uhr fertig, für uns nicht schlimm, für andere jedoch sehr. Dies sind nur Anmerkungen! Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr schön! Es ist ein tolles Hotel, tolle Lage….

Es wurde der Innenhof umgebaut ab 7 Uhr Die wenigen Parkplätze die vorhanden waren hat man mit Baumaschinen und Paletten mit Pflastersteinen vollgestellt,für zwei Gäste mit Porsche waren natürlich immer Plätze mit Aufschrift RESERVIERT freigehalten Alles in allem dieses Hotel werden wir nicht weiterempfehlen Man wird auch als Gast komplett ignoriert.

Das Zimmerist im Stil des alten Schlosses eingerichtet, aber mit ganz modernem Bad, die Gästeräume neu, sehr gut passend kombiniert, das Frühstück sehr gut mit schönem Blick auf den See. Es entsprach insgesamt unseren Erwartungen an ein Romantikhotel.

This is a castle and the rooms are decorated accordingly. Food was great overlooking the lake which was wonderful. Like everything in the region, spotlessly clean. A wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff

Das Hotel wird umgebaut ohne dass wir benachrichtigt wurden, Toiletten provisorisch im Garten, zum Restaurant muss man durch den Regen außen ums Haus herum, Gestank durch Dixi Toiletten. Zimmer und Bad mit Technik der 70er Jahre.

Das Hotel liegt idyllisch auf einer Halbinsel im Bodensee, kurz: "Halb Insel - gang besonders". Man kann sehr gut spazieren gehen, die Idylle genießen und die Panoramablicke mit Bodensee und Alpen genießen. Das Hotel kombiniert hervorragend das Moderne mit dem Historischen. Man fühlt sich im gesamten Hotel als König(in). Auch unser Sch(l)osshund hat sich hier wie im Schloss als Königspudel gefühlt. 🐕 Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und der Ausblick fantastisch. Das gesamte Ambiente ist so königlich wie das Restaurant. Auf der Terrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang über dem Bodensee (mit Zeppelin!!!) bei leckeren Speisen genießen. Ein Extra-Lob an die Küche: Unsere Favoriten waren die Lachsforelle und das Knödel Triplet. Unbedingt auch den Limoncello Spritz probieren! Kurz gemeckert: Wir empfanden es ein wenig anstrengend, dass die Rezeption nach der langen Anfahrt nicht besetzt war. Und bitte sperren Sie den einen Parkplatz unter dem Baum mit den Vogelnestern, weil man sonst um eine Autowäsche nicht herumkommt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders freundlich waren das Reinigungs- und das Servicepersonal: Julien, Rudi, Rita und Boris - Ihr seid die Besten! Das Hotel war hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge am Bodensee, in den Apfelplantagen, Ausflüge nach Konstanz und zur Insel Mainau, nach Friedrichshafen, Überlingen, Bregenz (atemberaubende Freilichtbühne), Lindau, die Destillerie Steinhauser ...
