The hotel check-in person was pleasant, helpful and efficient. The room with a view of the harbor was beautiful. The bartender was helpful and gracious. Perfect location to stores and restaurants. Too far to walk to MGM but a shuttle is offered. Would recommend highly!

Beautiful property with very pleasant staff . Angel at front desk on arrival was very helpful about directions and restaurant suggestions. Hostess and server at Sauciety restaurant on premises were very nice and attentive. The room was immaculately clean. Room service arrived hot and delicious breakfast choices available. We will be back as it was great value for price .

This was a beautiful stay for our 42nd anniversary. The room was extremely clean and magnificent. The staff showed a caring demeanor. The Front Desk personnel was so helpful. Alexia (?) at the front desk was extremely helpful with area. She was happy, cheerful and a total gem. I was extremely grateful for her professionalism and knowledge of the area. Thank you for making this day enjoyable.

The hotel has a wonderful location, steps from the pier and good restaurant. The bar and the restaurant have lovely views of the water. The room was very comfortable, but the room and the hotel were too humid. It was hot and humid outside, and we think it just couldn’t keep up.

It smells so good when you walk in. Staff is amazing. I wasn’t feeling well and was offered bottled water. And, she suggested I go have a sit and she will come to me. The hotel has MANY of things to do in the area AND at the hotel. I would stay here AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! Book the room. I purchased a king room with a view. The bed is super comfortable. No tub only stand up shower. Amenities included. Overall great experience

Worth every penny even though it was July 4th weekend. Very clean at the harbor and the surrounding downtown area. I give them a 10 just for the showers, hot and great water pressure .I recommend this hotel for a great relaxing getaway.
