Wow was this a busy place but the staff (All of them) were amazingly calm and professional and accommodating. I had a window in my room break by the weather, The staff quickly took over the situation moved us to another room that was comparable. I must say this was a very good stay. Everything was perfact i requested a high level room that was quite. And they hit the mark, the room was spacious and extremely clean. We was right by the elevator which we could not hear at all.
