Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.

We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I did read in previous reviews that pick up of the keys was a little tricky but the video that was sent to me was very helpful! Also, a big thing, there is an Aldi's right accross from South Alex. Like literally, you walked out and there it was. It was the best!

What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would eliminate lots of unnecessary frustration. I truly hope that somebody will take the time to read this and make the improvements needed. I was able to drive in and out of DC, the Washington Navy yard without issue and felt very safe and comfortable.

Nice, clean place. Exactly as posted. Neighbors were very loud all night and there was an unsupervised pool party with numerous underaged kids one night at 3:30am on a Monday night. No security or adults around - very chaotic. Hopefully that is resolved so the next guests don’t have to deal with these negligent and rude neighbors.
