When I first checked in the people were very nice and great staff! Though when I went to my room I was greeted by a roach on it back. It says non smoking rooms yet it smells of cigarettes strongly in the room.

This place was a dump. I used Uber for my main transportation and each different Uber driver informed me of how dangerous this hotel was. Prostitutes occupy the rooms for a few hours, the Marijuana smell is so strong that it makes you think that you are the one smoking it. The noise surrounding the property is so loud at times that it woke me up. Men are outside drinking beer & cursing. I failed to look up the reviews for this place as I booked a package deal w/ Expedia. Never again! I couldn't even believe that Expedia advertised this dump on their website. Shame on you Expedia!

You’re not in a great part of town. Once the sun goes down it seems this establishment becomes a parking lot party. Very noisy into the morning hours. No pets allowed but there were def multiple dogs in units barking all night. Refrigerator didn’t work so our food we brought home for dinner was wasted and it was very disappointing. Iron was spitting out white powdery residue and ruined my purple blouse. Surrounding area wasn’t the best. I understand it’s a city but lots of homeless presence. Also near the train tracks, so on top of the parking lot party you’ll hear that all night as well (that doesn’t bother me as much but should be known if you’re light sleepers) overall I will not be booking this hotel again.
