If you are visiting White House and other Capital places this is a good place to stay. Parking is very limited, Valet parking is expensive (75$) but right opposite to the property there is [public parking cost 15$/24 hr and its convenient. Breakfast is available and is good, there is a small bar with limited option and limited quick bites menu. Value for money. Nice big rooms and bathrooms.

Breakfast was very good many option and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, although there was no microwave in the room. Valet parking is quite expensive at $65 per day. However, there is parking available for around $10 to 15 per day within about one kilometre behind the hotel. I recommend checking SpotHero before booking, as it can be a much more affordable parking option.

The hotel is nice. The staff was more than helpful. However, the rooms were not that great. Pillows, sheets , blanks terrible.The phone in the room didn’t work. Room cleaning wasn’t done when requested. The AC unit in the room filter was open when I got into the room and it was very dirty.

Let me start with good ones. Good location. There is cheapest overnight parking near by(not associated to hotel). Vey good breakfast. My issue with this hotel is how the rooms are maintained. The room I stayed in (515) is missing blinds. Just had privacy screen. So full sun light in the room. Bath shower curtains too short that when someone takes shower it floods the bathroom. TV channels are only the over the air channels.

Rooms are suites and have a micro fridge. Floor to ceiling windows. Comfy bed. Cable/Satellite tv. If you bring a firestick you can hook up there too! Great pool. They sell adult beverages, regular beverages and also comp 8oz water bottles. Close to everything. It’s in the neighborhood of NOMA (North of Massachusetts Boulevard) We will only be staying here when we travel to DC.
