“So...if you think you are getting a waterfront room, you are most definitely not! The only water you are overlooking is a swamp lol. I actually really like the room itself! It was very cozy. However, how are you going to charge me a hidden charge for cleaning when you specifically say on the pamphlet in the room that we must clean it ourselves??? Now, I am always clean anyways but you add a charge on my room rate for an "optional" charge?? I cleaned my own room so am I getting the money...

“Light in range hood doesn't light enough for anything, worse than a nightlight. Sliding glass door, very dirty Directions for dishwasher, fireplace, and TV should be on site? Kitchen faucet trying to figure out which way is hot, troublesome, same in shower. Had to get towels out of laundry closet Lodging rules hardly applies to this unit. Unit description on hotel.com was not even similar to unit. No ocean view. sheets don't fit bed, polyester.”
