“My daughter and I stayed at the Fox and Coney because we were attending a wedding locally. The management ensured we had a twin room. The room was clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities (much appreciated) the bathroom was nice with plenty of loo roll. There was plenty of space to hang our clothes. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast next morning was excellent - both the food and the service. I would stay here again.”

“The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range. The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests. “Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night. Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good.”
