I had a dynamite stay. Just one night, but the staff made a big impression. The staff at the reception desk and the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) were outstanding. The young woman at reception on the night of Sept. 13 helped me solve a problem. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant, but there are some nice cafes across the street. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is lovely and grand, with a great bar. The staff at the bar were phenomenal! The rooms could do with w little bit of renovating/ redecorating. There was no real issues but I really didn’t like that the wardrobe was in the bathroom. This was a problem because clothes were in a steamy bathroom. And when one person was having a shower, the other one couldn’t be getting ready. Otherwise - all good and a great location!

Very bad smell all over the hotel, like there was a sewer problem on all the floors. Carpets word out and spa not Well maintained. Staff very friendly and professionel, but the building itself, is not worth 5 stars at all.
