Good overall

The place has all you need. It's in one of the better neighborhoods in Warsaw. The directions and check in are confusing. Never got the email with direction until I requested it the day prior. Also I accidentally left my jacket there. Contacted the property afterwards but the jacket was not found. My fault in the end for forgetting it. Not all the pictures posted here are for this projecty. They own swveral properties in this area and pictures are mixed together for all.

Nice apartment, slow and unclear communication

Apartment its self was really nice ! Very clean n tidy. Bed was really comfy. Shame the shower knob was missing so couldn’t use the overhead outlet. Communication was a little slow and not too clear. Had a email from hotel.com not seeing it was the company that looks after the apartment, had to pay a security deposit on top of the booking and then didn’t get all the checking in details until we arrived in Warsaw. Thankfully my friend lives there and speaks the language so helped me find it as there isn’t any numbers or road names outside the building but is a row of shops ? Just thought clearer instructions and receiving the information earlier would have made it a lot easier !

Ogólnie daje 5 gwiazdek. Wróciłbym, natomiast jest kilka niedociągnięć. W części jadalnej za stołem odpadało gniazdko ze ściany (health and safety); Brakowało podstawowych rzeczy jak herbata lub kawa w małych opakowaniach; metalowa belkę przy prysznicu możnaby zastąpić czymś innym, jest dość ostra i latwo sie skaleczyc. Jeśli chodzi i czystość to na TV, na oknach i na lustrach były widocznie odciski palcow. W salonie była zwykła sofa a miała być sofa bed. Ogólnie apartament bardzo nowoczesny i wróciłbym ponownie.
