The room is very clean, modern and spacious. Bed is very comfortable with crispy clean sheets. Bathroom was very clean. Kitchen area was very well equipped with all the stuff you needed for a few days stay even if you want to prepare food in the place. The only minus in the area around was a lot of construction going on the streets close to the building. Overall I would recommend to stay in the place very well

This was a very clean property and located downtown in Warsaw. It has everything you need and everything in it was up to date. I did so much traveling in Europe that I was having a hard time keeping up with all of my check in emails. You must get a room code key beforehand to get in the room because no one is there to check you in. Another guest told me so I immediately responded to the email and within minutes I had the room access code. I would definitely recommend this stay to others. 5+++ stars😁

This place is in very good location. It is modern apartment. The only thing could have be better was explanation how to get to the right elevator as the entrance is through other hotel. But once you in is ok. Contact with Wola is very good. They respond very quickly to any queries or questions.

I gave 4 star rather than 5 star cause at the date of my arrival I have found out that the room temperature can not be changed inside the apartment at all. It is controlled by a central system and I was dying of heat exhaustion. The staff were extremely nice and helpful in terms of getting the fan but as you know fan does not lower the temperature but just circulate hot air. Bathroom towels are thick and absorbent which is good and showers is decently strong. I guess the apartment was never built with high temperature in mind. having said all these, the rooms are extremely clean and the location is very convenient and you can walk anywhere with 5-10-15 min walk. Lots of restaurants nearby to pick and choose. Also convenient store as well as supermarkets are all within walking distance. Warsaw seems to be undergoing major public utility upgrades and they were digging roads in front of the property which makes it inconvenient if you want to catch an uber/bolt/taxi, but it is not the end of the world. The wall of the apartment is a bit thin and so you can hear your neighbour next door and there was seems to be construction above level 14 where I stayed. Which only happened during the day but at night it is whisper quiet. Overall decent stay for the price I paid.

The apartment was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The master shower was very nice and huge (2 people could actually shower at the same time with their own separate shower heads). There was air conditioning, but it wasn't as cool as what we like and are used to, especially for sleeping. There was one night that we got back to the apartment after a long day, and some of the electrical outlets were not working, none of the TVs were working, and the air conditioner was not working. It was as if a breaker had blown. I called about it, and it was very late. They said someone would be there the next morning at about 8 a.m. I waited until after 9 and nobody had shown up. I checked to see if the outlets were working and noticed that they were. It would have been nice to have gotten a notification that it had been fixed, but it was fixed so that is what mattered. They did check after 11 to make sure everything was working. They were very quick to respond to any questions that I had. We never did try to use anything in the kitchen, except for the refrigerator, so I can't comment on that. It was in a nice area, and a very nice hotel was a part of the same building. It was close to public transportation, within walking distance of about a block or 2. We would absolutely recommend it and would stay there again. There were 5 adults staying in a 3 bedroom apartment.

I loved staying here. It felt like I had my own posh apartment in Warsaw, which I suppose is the point. I'll definitely be back on future trips, and would recommend it enthusiastically to others. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped - everything feels very new, clean and modern. The location is central and convenient for restaurants, groceries etc. And more than that, it's just good vibes all around.

Amazing value for money in Warsaw! Spaceous room/apartment on the 12th floor - around 15 minutes walk from the main station. Very clean, comfy bed, excellent Wi-Fi, table, and kitchen facilities including a fridge and an oven. There are very good restaurants for breakfast right down the street as well as a food court with lots of restaurants. Within easy reach of public transportation.
