My only complaint is I asked for extra coffee sachets as I had run out of them and the reception desk did not seem to care to find one for me, said that the cleaning service would bring one the day after which never happened. I needed one then, at night not the day after. Shouldn’t be an issue I believe

Great option if you’ll be going to or from the Warsaw West (Zachodnia) bus station as it’s only a 10 minute walk. Simple rooms and amenities, with very comfortable beds.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Clean, well run & right next to bus stop. Loses 1 star as couldn’t work ducted aircon to change temperature. Lovely breakfast with gluten free options & bread available on request. If your coming from airport beware Zachodnia Platform 9 might as well be in a different suburb. Use the jakojade app to plan trips
