Hotel is nice, staff not so much

The hotel itself is nice, the rates are good and the location is good. It takes a long time to get served for a drink at the bar, even when there are no other customers and the bar staff are just stood doing nothing. The reception staff are also rude. However the hotel was clean and very comfortable. We would stay again but only due to the ibis brand.

Hotel for one night in Warsaw, we had a car & was easy to find, we didn’t eat here, we ate breakfast 5 mins away at McDonald’s for half the price. Another hotel that thinks it’s ok to charge high prices to park outside, 55 pln this time, we parked across the road to avoid this charge.

Expensive for what it is . Car park charge rip off

The lady receptionist had attitude issue. She was talking to me like I've been at this hotel before and knew all about it. The car park is 80zł a night,which I find very expensive cause the hotel is not even in city center. 2 bottles of water in a room. No hot drinks. Basic

Even below average. They charge extra fees even though they do not write, warn or inform anywhere. They took money as parking fee. When I asked why there is no such information for parking even though there is extra payment information for things like breakfast, they did not care at all. The rooms are extremely small, it is very difficult to even walk inside. They did not make the beds. They left the duvet covers and we made our own bed. There is no trace of ibis quality. It is like a knock-off of ibis. Breakfast is ok. Never again.

Der Aufenthalt für 2 Tage war ok. Die Zummer waren zwar frisch gestrichen ( hatte noch Malerkrepp am Schrank), aber der Boden hatte starke Gebrauchsspuren und der Türrahmen vom Bad war aufgequollen. Das Bett war hart. Da ich noch ein zweites Bett hatte, hab ich dann beide Matratzen übereinander gelegt, dann war es gut. Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch.

Personal spricht nicht sehr viel mit Kunden, Licht in der Lobby wurde einfach ausgeschaltet, obwohl man mit Getränk noch da sitzt, Barservice quasi nicht vorhanden. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig sauber, zum Schlafen ok, Familienurlaub würde ich hier nicht verbringen. Lage eher unspektakulär, aber das ist hier auch nicht entscheidend.

Pidin tästä hotellista ja voin suositella muillekin. Monipuolinen aamiainen, henkilökunta todella palvelualtista, huoneet siistejä ja on hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Ainoa miinus oli meluisuus, joka vähän häiritsi etenkin nukkumaan mentäessä. Silti muihin hyviin puoliin nähden on hyvä hotelli.
