Nice place, very comfortable beds, nice showers. Only complaint was bartenders weren’t overly outgoing like you would expect at a high end hotel. Also the taxes the hotel charges are crazy high.

The hotel is very nice but our room was missing door between rooms. We moved but the rooms were a lot smaller. We had breakfast included on reservation but hotel still charged us for it. Took a long time to get our money back. Staff was great. Very nice location.

Location was very good for walking access to Old Town Warsaw. Many shopping and restaurants choices. It is situated beside the Presidential residence so there are many Government activities occurring. Stayed during Polish Flag Day weekend. Parade passed right by the hotel. There is a military, Changing of the Guard procession that goes from President's house to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, multiple times per day that is interesting to watch. The hotel has a complimentary sampling of Polish liquors and hors d'oeuvres every evening for approximately 20 minutes. Nice touch. The hotel staff was exceptional! Decorations include many fresh flower arrangements.

Location is great. But as all hospitality in Warsaw, service staff are untrained and unfocused. Long waits for restaurant service. No staff at the door to help with bags (Found them huddled inside in a corner texting) Needs a renovation. Many of the staff tried their best but I think they deserve proper training in customer experience

Very beautiful and private space. The room was spacious, elegant and bedding most comfortable. I loved the marble bathroom and soaking tub. The accommodations were modern, stylish and lovely enough to want to stay in rather than going for a walk, even though the location is truly desirable- near the presidential palace and Old Town. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet luxury, art deco and picture-ready Old European Beauty. I experienced history, great hospitality, attractive food, comfort, and my stay was remarkable.

We liked our stay because of the location of the hotel and the caffe place next to it. My family loved this hotel overall but the value for the money was not great. When we got there after 4pm our room was not ready for another 20mins which was super inconvenient after long flights for over 20hrs. The sofa bed for our daughter after it was set up barely fit to the point where we couldn’t even get around it walking back to the front door. We also were missing sheets for that sofa bed so we had to wait again for them to be delivered before she could take a nap. Hard to find any extra wall outlets to charge your phone too. Otherwise the hotel is super cool, clean and comfortable. The cafe place next to it is excellent too with great breakfast, food and coffee. We would not pay 600$ per night again but overall it was very nice to be walking 2-3 mins distance from all the restaurants and old town.
