The staff were exceptional and service was excellent. Our room was great, albeit a little small. Beds were comfy. As we were so close to a train station you could sometimes feel the vibrations of the trains, but it wasn't enough to be off putting. Great stay, would visit again. Some good food choices within walking distance.

Rooms are clean but not all have working AC so you get overheated and uncomfortable easily. There’s only One iron for the entire hotel on 2nd floor which is rather inconvenient. Coffee can only be purchased till 9:30am. No management available on 3rd shift, so you can’t accomplish anything. Parking is 90zl per day, no hourly charge.

The shower of the first room didn’t work. The staff resolved it in quick and friendly manner. The shower heads for both rooms were full of mold. I requested housekeeping, but they did not replace the dirty cups or dirty towels.

Für denselben Tag haben wir die Zimmer reserviert. Wir konnten direkt in die Tiefgarage fahren. Pro Tag kostet es ca. 22,- Euro. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und das Bad verfügte über eine Badewanne. Im Flur steht ein Kaltwasserautomat. Trotz des geschlossenen Fensters war der Lärm von Straßenbahn, Zügen und Straßenverkehr sehr laut. Wir baten am Folgetag um ein anderes Zimmer, da unser Schlaf nicht optimal war. Ohne Schwierigkeiten haben wir ein ruhiges Zimmer erhalten. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Das Frühstück bot genügend Auswahl und Variationen. Das Personal war freundlich, wirkte aber manchmal überfordert, wenn es vorn voll war. Das WLAN war ebenfalls gut. Ansonsten war es ein guter Aufenthalt.
