Charming old world feel . We had a large bedroom,bath room and a lounge/tv room . nice quiet location not far from the city centre. welcoming hosts made us feel at home. Lovely breakfast ,fresh fruit,cereal as well as a cooked breakfast.

its a mom & pop shop, make sure you have your expectation set. the house is nice & comfy. near the shopping/restaurant area (5 min drive) we stayed during the weekend road trip and we've got access to a clean bathroom & comfy bed.

I was a bit disappointed when i booked it i was expecting a 4 star . The room smelt old and musty cleaning could have been better -Things were a little gritty. Pamela was a Great host - i just thought she probably needed a young group to help her keep it a bit cleaner. over all it just needed maintenance everywhere.And a room plug in would have helped with the old smell.

A very upmarket B&B and without a doubt the best one we have stayed at in our time in Australia. The property represents an olde world charm withmodern facilities.The breakfast was supurb,and I shouldnt really say it but at $170 per night in January is actually underpriced!!

Very relaxing

Loved it.. we had a wonderful stay. This is how holidays should be. So relaxing.. very quiet. Accommodation is great.. great size.. spa bath was great.. made use of that. You get up every morning and breakfast is made to your request.. Its like staying with family without them annoying you and every morning mum and dad cook you breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Met some lovely people at breakfast every morning..

Everything was great other than the bed, sorry but the mattress was too soft and we seemed to bounce around noisily. Asked for a king bed, husband 2mts, but only a queen. Only 1 night stay for us, so not too bad. Other than that it was a lovely stay with a good breakfast. The host was very helpful and nice.

Quiet location but only a couple of minutes drive to town centre. Stylish accomodation with seperate sitting room and bathroom with spa bath. Lovely cooked breakfast in the main house period style house.

Excellent property with period furnishings and decorations . Seperate sitting room and bedroom, spa bath and shower in spacious bathroom. Very quiet part of Warrnambool but only a couple of minutes drive to town centre. Very comfortable and cooked breakfast served in the main house dining room.

Very good breakfast. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and was very comfortable. Style and decor are quaint in a chintzy English style, but I chose it because it was a bit different.

Winter overnighter

Hostess warm and welcoming. Unit very warm, particularly important as the weather was bitter. Bath was good as water was hot, not always the case in many places. Spotlessly clean which is important to me. Did not get run of the property eg lounge etc but rather assigned a unit. Decor not my style but in good condition.
