Perfect. Shower was hot and plenty of hot water. Room was renovated and looked nice. King Bed was unreal. Check in was a breeze with a very friendly and helpful gentleman. He was a Credit to the business. Would stay again Very short walk to the main shops and ee had thai and it was excellent. Enjoyed our stay. 5 stars from us.

We had a great stay at the Innova Motel. The room had been recently upgraded and was much better than expected. Hotel staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. We are happy to recommend the Motel to any travellers.

Great stay

Great service at checkin and bed was comfy, outside lights were on all night which was annoying, and numberbered parking bays would be helpful for parking outside the room, we went out for dinner and returned to find someone had parked in our spot outside our room.

The room was recently refurbished and is deceiving from the outside. It's a lovely room with modern amenities, giving it a luxurious feel. No breakfast available at the hotel, but you receive a discount at a nearby cafe / restaurant. Probably a little inconvenient if you are needing early morning breakfast served in your room. Otherwise, you have the option of having breakfast at any of the lovely cafes in Warrnambool. Would definitely stay again. Well priced.

Convenient location, decent room

Room was newly renovated and it very good condition. The bed was comfy and appreciated having a kettle to make tea. Location was good and easy to get to. Sound proofing could use some improvement as we could hear the TV next door and some traffic. We were in Room 2 near the front of the property, I’d imagine the road would be less audible at the back of the property.

We stayed here for 1 night. The rooms are very new, modern and recently renovated. Close to the Main Street in town if you have a car. The only downfalls were - there was a rubbish bin near our room which had a trail of ants going along our door and some coming into the room. When we told reception, she acted very promptly to help us and she got rid of them for us. Also the spa wasn’t warm. We wanted to put our feet in after a long drive, but the water was cold. These are very minor. Overall we had a great experience here. Would recommend for everyone to stay here if passing through Warrnambool.

Wonderful spot to stay if you need quick, easy and acceptable accommodation. Close to facilities and food options. Clearly the rooms have all been recently renovated, and felt very luxe for the price point. Only stayed one night, but was a very comfortable spot to stay along our road trip. One note, that the blue light from the mini fridge was absurdly bright so had to drape a towel over it to sleep. Small but annoying.
