The hot springs are an excellent feature in this hotel although it would be great if guests were provided a robe free of charge. The rooms were comfortable warm and clean. We had dinner in "Tides" the restaurant in the foyer and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

The most disappointing stay I have ever had. Arrived after 4 hour drive to be told the indoor heated poor was down this week for maintenance…no email, nothing on website. When i explained that was why we came as we had visited and loved it 10 years ago, was advised if I wanted I could use the local swimming pool. I couldn’t then book into hot springs instead as advised by the desk because it was adults only in the evening. Tried to make the kids happy with the indoor pool, it was freezing!
