We were met with a very warm welcome on arrival. The owner was incredibly helpful, offering advise on places to eat and interested in our visit. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. The tea caddy was well stocked. The Aircon was the best we've experienced in years! The decor, atmosphere and architecture of the great hall was amazing and would make a superb venue for a party or wedding. We would absolutely return next time we're in the area.

An undiscovered gem in the heart of Warrington. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, good shower and a limited but good quality breakfast offering. The mattress was softer than I like, but that's my only quibble. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally grand—spacious, elegant, and finished to a very high standard, making for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. What stood out just as much was the staff, who were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to stay here again.

One night overnight stay for work. Very small room but did the job. No on site restaurant for dinner but there’s a nandos etc a couple of minutes walk away. I was disappointed to be shown to my room on the very top floor for the man who escorted me not to ask if I needed help with my bags - this wasn’t a great first impression. The free breakfast is very basic - just croissants and fruit but cute little cafe.
