Our hostess Fran was very hospitable and sweet. The bedroom was nicely sized with a comfortable bed and faux fireplace, which Fran lit at turn down service. Little extras, like sweets on your pillow at night were a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty and the place is conveniently located at the beginning of Cape Cod- perfect for day exploring.

The setting is in a circa 1847 home with lovely period features and furnishings. If you are looking for a sterile and boring motel setting, look elsewhere. Mulberry House is aesthetically pleasing and Fran, the hostess, really makes her guests feel special, comfortable, and at home. A most enjoyable stay!!

The property is quaint and the history surrounding it amazing. The neighborhood quiet and peaceful. The only thing I didn't care for was the upstairs because I have a bad knee.

A home away from home stay !

We stayed 2 nights there as the beginning of our cape cod vacation . Our vacation started very frustrating as Air Canada delayed our flight and even lost our luggage . We turned out hopeful when we checked into Mulberry B & B. Such a warm and cosy place with a wonderful and accommodating host , Francis who even cooked us delicious breakfast every morning . She is also very helpful in our process of retrieving our luggage back . This Mulberry B & B was like home away from home to us . It deserves our 100% recommendation

The house is an historic building which was nice. The gardens were starting to bloom and was lovely to walk around. There were a couple of issues when we arrived and again when we were getting ready to leave. She needed to scan my credit card which I thought had already been done. Then the equipment was not working, even after a couple of phone calls to the equipment people. We were familiar with the local area which was one of the reasons we chose this place. The owner was pleasant.

A very enjoyable stay. Our host Fran was terrific and accommodating in every way. She was attentive to our needs and provided a nice breakfast each day. Our room was clean and comfortable with no issues. Instead of a standard hotel stay, we appreciated the homey B & B atmosphere (including the resident cat!). The location is excellent as a base to travel to various locations in and around Cape Cod. We would recommend a stay at Mulberry.

Historisches Bed & Breakfast; bei Cape Cod

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt bei der liebenswürdigen Vermieterin Fran. Schönes, historisches Bed & Breakfast mit Parkplatz und großem Garten; sogar Vogelgesang und auch Kolibris kommen zu den vielfältigen Blütenbüsche rund ums Haus. Gutes, sauberes Zimmer und angenehme Betten. Herrliches, wechselndes Frühstück und angenehme Gesellschaft. Tee & Kaffee auch tagsüber!
