The room and environment are quite nice, and the hotel is very close to the beach, which is convenient. However, we did not realize that swimming in the sea is not allowed in this area because of strong undercurrents. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is important information for guests to know. What was unexpected and disappointing was the lack of professionalism among the hotel staff. From this and other details, it appears that the overall management of the hotel is fairly average and does not meet the expectations of a Sheraton brand.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and far below the standards expected of a five-star property. I arrived at around 1:00 PM and fully understood that my room might not be ready before the official check-in time. However, the attitude of the front desk staff was extremely poor. They were unfriendly, impatient, and made me feel unwelcome. I also ordered food delivery during my stay. The front desk informed me that it would take about 30 minutes for the food to be brought to my room. The waiting time itself was not the issue, but the staff’s attitude during the interaction was unprofessional and discourteous. In addition, I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not have an Executive Lounge. For a five-star resort, this was disappointing. The room felt outdated, and the lighting design was inconvenient. At night, I had to walk around different parts of the room to find and operate the light switches. Overall, this was one of the worst five-star hotel experiences I have had. The service attitude, facilities, and overall guest experience did not meet the expectations associated with a hotel of this category.

酒店价格不算贵，不过确实有提升的空间。房间有一丢丢味道，浴室外的地上没有放东西会弄得到处是水，好在的是西餐厅陈明星先生的服务很好，弥补了小小的遗憾。

这应该是第一次給万豪国际集团旗下的酒店这么低的评价。因为几个原因： 1. 一进房间就闻到非常重的霉味，空调开了一阵子后才改善，但是关掉空调没多久，霉味又出现了。 2. 自助早餐的水果沙拉吧可以看到小飞虫在食物上爬来爬去。 3. 最后，退房后发现押金扣款有问题，打了酒店客服电话，服务人员不断以前台太忙没时间帮我查询为理由让我等，感觉非常不受重视。后来证实是重复扣款，更让我觉得饭店服务人员的训练不到位。 原本要打最差评的，帮我安排在海景房，干净美丽的沙滩和照顾良好的草坪挽回了一些印象。

While the location and landscape were breathtaking, and the hotel facilities were beautiful, it fell short of what one would expect from what one would expect of an international 4.5* hotel. After checking in, we had to change rooms as there was mold in the bathroom, a large rotting patch of wood flooring and a multitude of stains on the carpet and furniture. The staff truly tried their best, upgrading us to a larger room, but often the service fell short in delivery (dining, customer service, management...). Hotel is in a remote part of Hinan with very few western visitors. I'm sure as tourism grows, so will the hotels ability to meet international standards/
