“Totally overpriced we paid $1500/night, should have been max $300/night. They claim they are a 5-star hotel but this is a 3 star place at best. I can’t comprehend that this place is a Taj collection hotel. We have stayed at many and there is NO comparison with Taj Gangtey and other 5 stars Taj hotels we have stay at. Don’t book.”

“Extremely bad. Booked with hotels.com which charged 2880 for a 2000 room. Cheated and got substandard facilities. You must avoid both the hotel and hotels.com for booking anything. Both are fraudulent agencies. ”

“Beautiful soothing modern design incorporating traditional Bhutanese details. Second best spa facilities I’ve been to (first is Banyan Tree Cabo Marqués). Food presentation is lovely, yet lacking in taste when it comes to international dishes. We had a most warm welcome with a dance from the staff. Would love to come back! Thank you Dhensa Resort 🙏❣️”
