“The place was wicked , really friendly n safe, staff were helpful n happy .. loved the space .. great discount on drinks as a guest .. Just was the old breakfast menu in the tools which you had at the sister hotel down the road .. was looking forwards to the full English but only continental available .. which to be fair was real nice .. just thought was worth a mention. .. would stay again for sure! ”

“Hay que tener que no es un hotel al uso. Es un pub con habitaciones en los pisos superiores. no tiene ascensor y eso puede ser complicado para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.Tampoco hay recepcionista ya digo que no es un hotel. No obstante es un sitio muy recomendable por todo. Limpieza,confort habitaciones,todo nuevo,buena situación,personal amable.”

“Top quality food. Steak & Ale pie to die for and excellent fish & chips. Great breakfast with quality produce. Brilliant selection of ales. Old fashioned English Inn with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Tidy room with a modern en-suite shower room. Bed not to our liking but that's very much a personal choice. In a very quiet location with no shops nearby but would recommend for an overnight stay.”

“We loved our stay at Rose and Crown! The staff were so friendly. Our room had so much character, and was bigger than we would have expected. It was quite comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were there midweek on a slightly rainy day). We also ate at the pub and really enjoyed our meal. We would stay again!”
