Beautiful surrounding grounds, lovely, quiet inn. Steve was wonderfully welcoming and informative. We enjoyed a quiet cozy evening, and it is so close to the Pemaquid Lighthouse which is open for a tour with a museum below.

September get away

This inn is inviting. The rooms are cozy. The dining and kitchen area are spacious. The innkeeper provides coffee, tea and fresh baked banana bread in the morning. Guests may use the microwave and refrigerator. The backyard is a floral oasis with chairs and firepit. Teh inn is also close to the iconic Pemaquid Point Lighthouse.

Charming inn

The inn is cute and comfortable, the amenities and surrounding location are great, but what really made our stay great was Steve’s hospitality and recommendations of fun things to do and places to eat.

Sister's getaway!

We had an amazing stay at the Hawks House Inn. My sisters loved the roomy size bedrooms and the convenience of only four miles to the Town of Damariscotta where we went shopping and dined. Steve the owner was on site and delivered on all of our requests from ice to a phone charger. He was very pleasant and personable. The grounds at the Hawks House Inn were laid out with flower gardens and places for you to sit and enjoy nature. A beautiful setting for all!

We loved the property and all of the amenities. We were surprised there were NO TVs to get news or entertainment. While we loved the quiet and ability to slow down, we would have loved a TV option in the room or in a shared area.

Charming and Cute

Charming and cute bed and breakfast. I was relieved to find a place which would let me stay one night since I was taking the ferry the next day. This is a beautiful place, filled with interesting and charming antiques. There are many helpful aspects such as a refrigerator the guests can use, a sink and simple breakfast. Close to all the nice things on Pemaquid.
