Way over priced property

This property is getting old and quite dated. For the price of this room I expected it to be much cleaner and up to Holiday Inn standards. The water barely drained from the sink and shower. Needs a lot of work.

The hotel and room more very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our room smelled a little musty the first couple hours. They did a particularly nice job customizing and serving breakfast.

Nice hotel. Really close to the highway so easy to get to but no highway noise. Only thing is I wish they let us know at booking that they weren't doing a full breakfast. Really comfortable beds.

All good friendly staff room was clean but had a wet smell and shower had a broken soap dish that someone had tried to repair and didn’t works. Unit 225 . But breakfast was good staff was very good

Unfit Conditions: Mold, mildew and bed bugs.

This was a terrible experience. Our room was moldy and mildewed, the smell was unbearable & gave us migraines. We were forced to stay in this room until the next day and then moved to room next door in which the smell was still present. The staff advised that the hotel is old and the area is moist so it was a known and recurring issue. (Room 126 & 124) Other people in our group on other floors also had mold, bed bugs and dirty linen. This hotel is the only hotel in the area, giving visitors little choice & the staff knows this, but this is unacceptable.
