Well located. Staff friendly and helpful with directions and information about area. Rooms are spacious and have guide books with great information. Breakfast has been better in the past but you still have a variety of options. Pool is outside so it’s great when the weather allows. Lots of parking around the building so always close to a door.

We have had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Walla Walla while attending the Little League State Tournament. With multiple teams and dozens of 10–12-year-old boys staying here, the hotel has been incredibly busy, but the staff has handled everything exceptionally well. Every staff member has been friendly, patient, and professional. They understand that excited kids are going to be energetic, but they’ve done a great job of keeping things under control while still making everyone feel welcome. It’s a balance that can’t be easy, and they’ve handled it with kindness and respect. Our room has been spotless, and the housekeeping staff has done a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well-stocked throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast each morning has also been wonderful, with plenty of options to keep hungry players and families fueled for long tournament days. If you’re coming to Walla Walla for a tournament or just visiting the area, I highly recommend staying here. The outstanding customer service, clean accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere have made this a great experience for our entire family. Thank you to the entire team for making such a busy week run so smoothly!

Front desk manager needs to develop getter customer service skills...I felt like I was bothering him w dsimple questions. The evening check in staff was wonderful. Air conditioner in our room dudnt work. She tried to fix, but couldn't and we had to move to another room. Very disruptive.
