“Sehr nettes und fleißiges Personal - sehr zuvorkommender Empfang. Es ist ein total gemütliches Hotel mit wirklich tollem Service. An meinem Geburtstag wurde mir sogar ein Kuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht - sehr aufmerksam. Massagen usw. sollte man vorab buchen - vor Ort am Wochenende meistens komplett ausgebucht. Die Sauna und der Ruhe Bereich sind auch sehr sauber und schön. Gegessen haben wir nicht im Hotel, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Bar in der Lobby abends ist klasse und auch die Qualität und...

“Fabulous hotel in the heart of Augsburg right by the beautifully impressive cathedral. Hotel staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. Room was of a good size with a very nice separate bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price of this hotel and it was very very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your planning on visiting Augsburg ( there’s even a complimentary mini bar for n your room), fantastic value for money. ”

“El hotel es pequeño pero con encanto. Los niños encantados de poder dormir en un sifon litera. Nosotros hemos dormido muy biek, la cama es comoda. Todo estaba limpio y el trato genial. Nuwatro vuelo llego con 2 horas de retraso y no nos pusieron pegas para nada. Recomendable 100%”
