The building is an older building that Hilton obtained and cleaned up. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. Being that we were gone most of the day and into the evening visiting friends it worked great for us. Would stay again

Great, comfortable stay. The property has some wear, but they maintain the property well. The front desk staff always nice and helpful, rooms are clean and fresh. Nice quick stay, very convenient to stores and highway.

Booked for an overnight stay for a one day event. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. There is no elevator - so if you have a lot of luggage or are elderly, be sure to request 1sr floor. Basic hotel, good for a quick in and out.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My only issue was no hot breakfast and no elevator. I love the area it was across the street from Walmart and had different restaurants. Thank you to the staff especially Rose she was good with the check in

Mary @ Front Desk was more than just that, she is a superstar and made us feel important and not invisible. She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future.

Room was very clean, but not cleaned daily with fresh towels and trashed removed as I requested. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical for the type of hotel. I brought my small dog and had no issues with outside grounds for walking.

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. the lock on my door didn't work properly so the only lock was the keypad lock. the refrigerator worked great but it had a very high pitch "whine" that was a bit annoying. The location was very convenient for my needs. I'd return if I am back in this area.

Comfortable bed and room, the woman when I checked in was extremely helpful in helping me with accommodations. My room was not cleaned so she helped me find another one. Negative - the hallways often smelled of marijuana which was extremely unpleasant. I believe housekeeping was aware since the hallways smelled strongly of it when housekeeping was there and working in the rooms. Room ventilation was good and the room hardly smelled of marijuana.

Room was clean and friendly staff but breakfast consisted of only dry cereal, instant oatmeal and store bought bagels and small muffins. Coffee was too strong to drink and there was only 1 table with 4 chairs in the breakfast area (which was taken). We went elsewhere for breakfast.

Pros: The staff was very professional and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. The rooms were clean. Cons: Marijuana smell in the hallway and inside the rooms through the bathroom vents. Worn out carpet in the common areas. No elevator. Limited breakfast - cereal and muffins only.
