Modernes Dorf-Hotel

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sehr großzügig und geräumig. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel in guter Lage von Waldkirch. Hervorragendes Essen im Restaurant und tolle Gastgeber. Haben uns bei unserem Schwarzwald-Wandertrip hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Comfortable well equipped room good location

Excellent accommodation, very comfy large beds. Rooms clean well equipped and quiet! Service at breakfast excellent continental choices. Reception staff friendly and very helpful would highly recommend.

High quality and attention to details.

The rooms are beautiful and very well furnished. With very high quality furnitures and fixtures and fitting. A comfortable night sleep in a very pretty town.

Sehr schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Abendessen auf Sterne Niveau, sehr perfekt. Ein ganz kleines bisschen unschön war, dass zB die Box mit den Kosmetiktüchern nicht aufgefüllt wurde, oder die Lotion leer war, bei Schnupfen leider nicht so gut. Ansonsten wirklich alles gut! Ganz toller Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem man sich selbst versorgen kann mit Getränken und Snacks, zu humanen Preisen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Dusche könnte ein wenig mehr Druck vertragen und die Anordnung der duschbrause hätte besser sein können. Das die Parkplätze extra kosten und sehr teuer sind, fand ich nicht so gut

Zeer fijne accommodatie! Ontvangst was hartelijk. Wel even zoeken naar de hoofdingang, welke aan de achterzijde was van het gebouw. Kamer is ruim, schoon en stijlvol ingericht. Er is geen airco aanwezig, maar de ramen kunnen gelukkig open. Ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar goed! Waldkirch is een leuk klein stadje met terrasjes, winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Vergeet vooral niet de klim te wagen naar de burcht, met een adembenemend uitzicht als beloning! Fijn verblijf gehad! Een leuke toevoeging; met het betalen van de touristenbelasting, ontvang je een kaart die je o.a. toegang geeft tot trein en bus en andere voordelen.

Wir sind im Jahr viel unterwegs & lernen einige Häuser kennen. Das war ein Erlebnis der Kategorie ok, aber muss man nicht mehr. Der Empfang war schon etwas merkwürdig. Die Dame schien ziemlich hektisch. Wir hatten keine Parkbox gebucht. Es war noch Eine frei, dann musste nach dem Gewicht des Autos geschaut werden. Es gäbe wohl doch noch einen Anderen. Kurze Zeit später doch nicht mehr. Die Chefin hatte ihn wohl vermietet und die Mitarbeiterin hatte das nicht im System gesehen. Also doch die Box. Als wir dann schon unterwegs waren, wurden wir nochmals angerufen. Die Chefin hatte wohl Bedenken bzgl der Höhe. Ok. Wir haben uns dann entschieden im Ort zu parken. Schön war, daß wir um 13h schon einchecken konnten. Das Bett war sogar mit Fernbedienung zum Verstellen. Allerdings war eine Seite defekt. Als wir uns morgens föhnen wollten, war auch der Fön defekt. Und als wir die Kofferablage zurückklappen wollte, stellten wir fest, dass ach Das nicht mehr funktionierte. Um Nichts kaputt zu machen, haben wir Es gelassen und an der Rezeption bescheid gesagt. Frühstück war ok, aber kennen wir auch anders. Die Dame dort war wirklich gut gelaunt und freundlich. Es war Alles liebevoll zubereitet und auch Vieles selbstgemacht. Mein Latte Machhiato war sehr lecker. Auch das Frühstücksei war noch weich. Mein Mann trinkt immer heiße Schokolade...da gab es sogar Caotina. An warmen Speisen wurde nur Rührei mit Speck oder Spiegelei à la minute gemacht. Wobei auch dort die Qualität sehr gut war.

Die Unterkunft war soweit ok aber ich konnte nicht schlafen weil das Zimmer überhitzt war wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat war Lärm von draußen und nach 22:00 Uhr Lärm von über mit im Zimmer den Parkplatz sollte ich auch noch bezahlen das war anders dargestellt es gab nur eine Sauna die nicht an war Preis Leistung passt nicht! Die Matratze hatte eine Kuhle. Es war mir nicht möglich unter diesen Umständen zu schlafen. Und habe es vorgezogen vorzeitig abzureisen ohne Frühstück das ich jetzt trotzdem bezahlen soll .

Sauberes Hotel.

Wasser gab es nur am Anreisetag. An den 2 Folgetagen gab es kein Wasser für die Nacht. Es hatte auch keine Minibar. Insgesamt aber sauberes Hotel mit freundlicher Atmosphäre und nettem Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz mit 10.-€ pro Nacht etwas teuer.

Berufliche Übernachtung für eine Nacht. Check in per Nachttresor, jedoch unmittelbar neben eine anderen Hotel (Designhotel), könnte zu Verwirrungen führen. Frühstück sehr gut und persönlich. Sehr freundliches Personal
