Coffee machines offered any kind you’d want. Staff was exceptional!!! Especially Alicia, who went well beyond expected actions to assist us in changing plans and ensuring complications were eliminated.”

“Fantastic stay in cousy hotel. Everything was organized so well and their sauna area is lovely; I used it twice during my stay. Parking was convenient and service was perfect. Massage was arranged the same day and over all I really loved the hotel.”

“Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!”
