The room was cozy and well kept. It was very clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The code didn't work right away when I got there but the staff responded right away and I was able to get in. I felt right at home and would stay here again.

Not much to do in town. Had a fairly decent restaurant nearby. An hour away from the Rockies but doable. Very quiet so that was nice. Housekeeper was very helpful and courteous. We would stay again.

It was a nice, economical, comfortable room in the tiny town of Walden, Colorado. There is no office, and you get your room code via email (in my case, at least), and due to an email challenge I had to call the hotel phone number and I got through on the second try. Once we were in, all was great, very comfortable bed and pillows, good lighting, wifi was great (had a lot of work to do), and all else was fine and good.

Initially my husband was put off with the size but it turned out to be a great home base to see 13 moose, 24 wild horses, 2 big horn rams, and many other wild life. April was very helpful.

For a small mountain town its was a good little motel. They need to update their pictures because it shows a kitchenette in the pics but there is only a microwave and mini fridge. Other than that, the inside was very clean and looks to have been recently renovated. The exterior of the building still needs work, but the room itself was very nice.

This is a very well remodeled hotel that was exceptionally quiet and comfortable. The room was not huge, but had a giant TV and small kitchenette. The couch and bed were comfortable. My only complaints were the dirty rug in the living room and no hot water at the kitchen sink. The rug either needs to be shampooed or replaced with a dark rug that won’t show dirt. Also, there was a gas valve on the floor that really needs a cover for safety reasons. You will need to run the shower for a few minutes to get hot water. We would stay here again!

Externally the motel appeared less than ideal, but upon entering the room we were impressed! Room was clean, comfortable and lovely. They had a walk in shower with a shower wand, perfect for us.

The room was clean and comfortable. No staff onsite for check in was unexpected but to a problem. The indoor lighting is entirely from bright overhead lights, I found this a bit hard on my eyes but otherwise no complaints.

While the check-in was remote, the management provided notifications prior to, during and after check-out. Questions were promptly answered. Clean and quiet facility. This will be my go-to next trip to North Park!

We were very happy with our stay at Caribou Crossing. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and updated. The shower was large and modern. Amenities included refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There were no problems with accessing the room even though there isn’t an office with on-site staff. It was quiet and an easy walk to the restaurants on Main Street. A couple of details were lacking (no clothes hooks in bathroom, for instance), but it exceeded my expectation for the price.

The room was very clean and everything we needed was available. It looked like it had just been renovated. Everything looked new. The fridge was quite big and the stove had a good oven we used. Bathroom was recently remodeled and everything was very clean. Bedding and towels were new and good. We especially enjoyed the stand alone air conditioner. It was wonderful cooling off the room when needed.
