“The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out. However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. “Amazing hotel, extremely freindly staff from moment we arrived till we left. The breakfast was great, bar and cocktails great. The wine tasting evening was a surprise but really great value and high quantity food. The pool and spa with fitness was nice, only wish the pool was a little warmer. Other than that it’s a great hotel and the restaurant across the road with traditional Austrian food was also amazing and part of the hotel too. So if stating do try it out”
