In room service could be better. No repleshment of towels, or coffee on room service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had a large amount of luggage due to an event I was taking part in, they were happy to switch me to a first floor room.very helpful

I’m take one night at this place is terrible not towells at bathroom. I’m take shower nothing can use to dry Dirty pillowcases and pillow smell No bathroom soap or hand soap It’s looks like nice place at lake. But is not at good experience. Is not clean at bathroom is only a little dirty towel and I give 1 star
