It’s a great location within walking distance of restaurants of all price ranges and a brewery. The room we stayed in was showing its age. They need to start redoing rooms, but all in all it was fine.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful! We had two dogs and a baby with us and they spaced out guests so no one was in the room next to us which helped ease my mind when the baby was weepy. The area was super dog friendly with a rail trail and side walks and plenty of trash cans. There was a beautiful dog friendly beach walk 10 min away and 30 minute drive to Newport. Overall had a great stay!

It was convenient to our plans. The carpeting was very dirty, stained in corridors and elevators. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. Breakfast was not bad but limited. The staff in dining are was very friendly. Overall when we visit this area again we’ll stay elsewhere!

The staff was great, The AC was not very cold at all, tough to find hotels with Ice cold AC. Beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows felt like paper bags. Good location close to Newport and Narragansett good for a place to sleep but bring your own pillow, everything was Clean and staff was exceptional

We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.

Well maintained property. Clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for dining, getting to the beach and other activities. Two things that could be improved upon. 1) the lighting in the room was terrible. Just a few lamps that could not be moved at all and gave very low illumination 2) we were told house keeping was every other day but after two days no one had come . Had to request that trash be emptied and towels replaced . There is a coffee maker in the room but without housekeeping coming we had to request the little coffee pods each day .
