The room I booked wasn’t available. For my first night I was putting a room for a disabled person and the ac and blinds didn’t work. After complaining, manager Levi accommodated us for the second night into a different room and was very hospitable. I believe this hotel needs to train their employees who are at the front desk to be hospitable and welcoming to the guests because I didn’t experience this until the manager was called and he remedied the situation.

This is one of the most well kept and well managed that hotel I've ever stayed. I kept extending my stay because of the level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff, Torrey, Brittany, Jane, ....ALL of them are outstanding. Breakfast was always wonderful, coffee delicious, Housekeeping second to none. They are QUIET, (you don't hear them even in the next room), friendly and happy to help. The property is so well maintained. It's beautiful with grass everywhere and the location at the Commons is perfect. What a great place to call home while visiting friends. I'll be back for sure! Thank you for everything!
